Diots with white wine

For 4

2 diots for one person (small sausages of around 10cm)
3 echalottes
30cl of white wine

* Stick sausages, place them in frying pan without fat, let them brown with thinned echalottes, pepper.
* Wet with white wine and let et cook it gently during 30mn.
* Add cream before serving in order to remove acidity from wine.
* Add cooked potatoes
